I want to tone my arms, flatten my stomach and CALVES but keep my thighs and butt. Any ideas on workouts?

So...by toning certain areas you mean you want to gain lean muscle...and flattening other areas you want to lose body fat.
I would suggest simply eating a calorie deficit, doing some cardio to burn the fat, and add some weight lifting to tighten your muscles. Sounds general, huh? That's just what works.
Any workout that uses BOTH cardio and weight training would be ideal.0 -

Performing compound lifts will do so much more for you. If you truly set out on this path and "achieve" your goals, you will be setting yourself up for unbalanced muscles and subsequent injuries. Check out the strength training program in my signature. If you do this, you will not be disappointed.0
