    Definitely smaller neck and shoulders. Smaller neck size means no snoring and that is risk for sleep apnea. So the change we cannot see adds years to your life. congrads.

    Thanks everyone! I'm still trying to get my silly brain to see (in the mirror) what the pictures show...lol! I'm so glad I have you guys to double check myself. I'm really starting to think my mirrors are broken...or maybe just my brain! LOL!
