I yearned for a "crunch" - like crackers - to go with cheese or homemade salsa. Found this wonderful recipe on Caveman.com.
Ingredients:
1 cup Almond flour
1 egg white
1 pinch salt
That's it!
I always doctor recipes. So - I added 1 TBS. Chia seed, 1 TBS. Flax seed and chopped fresh chives.

This sounds interesting. Wonder if you can make them with roasted peanut flour for a salted roasted peanut cracker, with a sprinkle of coarse salt on top.0
