Loosing cm, but scale isn't budging

Hi everyone, been on this roller coaster for years, lost 43kg myself, the passed 6 mo had the help of a coach that put me in touch with macros, photo taking and measuring. Since jan , i have lost 6cm from bus, 6 cm from waist and 7 cm from hips, but BUT my scale hasn't budged a bit.
I'm currently 38 yrs old
80kg ( lowest ever when just cutting calories was 3 years ago, got to 74,4)
164 cm
currently eating 130-150 carbs
80-85 fat
165 protein
I have 47 % muscle
34-38% fat
and work out about 4 days a week, sometimes 3 sometimes 5, for about 1.5 hrs total of some weights, i target legs one day, then cardio, then arms next with cardio.
I don't FEEl lighter. I know i shouldn't focus on numbers, BUT.. for them not to shift is really frustrating!
Any ideas

I converted the metric and see you are 176 pounds, 5'4". 6 cm is 2.36 inches.
I see you are weighing most of your foods, including the important, calorie dense ones.
Over the last week, you went over your 1800 calories most days, but did not add in exercise calories, so that could balance out. Or perhaps 1900 - 2000 gross calories is your maintenance amount, and that's why you're not losing weight.0 -
If your measurements are going down, my assumption is that you're losing fat and gaining muscle (or any number of other things). A weight from a scale doesn't reflect the majority of what's happening internally.0

I'm 164 cm too and find, for me, if I were to eat over 1800 cals a day I wouldn't lose. It's great that you're losing cm though and obviously changes are happening. But try lowering your calories to around 1500-1700 and see if you start seeing some results.0

What is your activity like outside of working out?
If your not very active in your day to day life, then that calorie count might be a tad high for you.
Also have you re-evaluated your goals as you lost weight?0 -
I would rather lose cm (or inches in my case) over kg or pounds on the scale any day! No one can see the number on my scale, but they can see the size of my *kitten*!0

That is correct! Are you clothes fitting better???
