It's just carbonated water. I have a can of it sitting next to me...no calories, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners. Nothing that could 'inhibit' weight loss.
Undecided on whether I like blackberry cucumber flavor though. Target makes a ginger peach one that is awesome.0 -

I recently discovered these and am ecstatic that there was a sparkling water out there without any sodium. So excited to try these other flavors. So far, I love the grapefruit.
Like the other posters, haven't heard anything about sparkling water inhibiting weight loss. Maybe your coworker is referring to ones with sodium? If that's all you drink, the sodium level may interfere?0 -
Thanks for all your input everyone. Everything I've read online leads me to believe that they're just fine to drink while trying to drop a few pounds. I just thought I'd put the question out there to see what others have read or heard. Thanks!0
