Is there a way I can change from kg to lbs

    My home/ Settings/ Change units

    From the website, go to My Home > Settings > Update diet/fitness profile > Above the starting weight fields is a sentence that's a clickable link. "Change units for weight and height (e.g. kg vs lbs)" You should be able to change it there.
