Let's say that once a week I want to eat a pizza, and I stay in my macro and my calorie budget, would be that bad eating that once a week?

Why plan a cheat day? They're failure points you have to work around IF they ever happen.

That's not what I have asked. I was asking by nutritionist point of view if meet my macro and my calorie budget, why not?

If you stay within your goals, how is it a "cheat"?

In my weight loss journey, I had to have that one cheat day.
I lost just over 100 pounds and have maintained that result going on 4 years. At some point in weight maintenance, I had to give it up. You'd think the opposite was true, but my goal in weight maintenance is fat loss and optimal health. A weekly cheat day just sets me back too far.
It's a personal decision based on your current goals and expectations.
    Good Luck!

It's not a cheat if it fits.

Google IIFYM - yes you can eat pizza, and ice cream, and chocolate, and whatever you want as long as it fits your macros and you stay within calories.

OP, if it fits then there really isn't anything to be concerned and don't think of it as a "cheat" but rather a reward. I eat within my goals most days, but if I want to have a slice of pizza then I have a slice of pizza. I don't consider it a set back. I just move on and resume my trek to my goal.

I eat pizza all the time and I never consider it cheating because it fits in.

Eat the pizza. It's not cheating, though. :)

Every Friday my DH and I put the kids to bed and then eat Chinese take out and wine. I eat lightly for breakfast/lunch on Friday and maybe throw in an extra walk at lunch. I don't eat so much Chinese that I feel stuffed. It's not a cheat, it's a planned indulgence that fits into my lifestyle :)

A nice, loaded slice of combo pizza is an almost perfect food, IMHO
