I've been gone for awhile but am back again! Have been missing the communication and accountability MyFitnessPal offers. The past few months have been hard on my family - we lost my father-in-law in June, our 15 y/o cat Abbie in August, our other 15 y/o cat Daisy in November and last week we said good bye to our beloved 12 y/o golden lab Jack. Thankfully, we still have our 10 y/o Bichon/Lhaso, O'Malley Suffice it to say, I've gotten off track on my eating plan and know my cholesterol must be suffering. Hope you are all well and working toward a healthier lifestyle!
