I really am trying to lose weight all over but I think my main problem areas are my thighs and of course the lower belly pooch. Any recommendations for good exercises to do to burn fat in those areas?

Fork put downs and table push aways.

Sorry, you can't spot reduce fat. Just the way it works. Your body decides where the fat is going to come off. Just eat at a caloric deficit and eventually your body will get around to it.0

Tragically, it's impossible to specifically target certain areas to burn fat.0

Although it's impossible to spot reduce, the idea is to build muscle up in your abdomen and focus on cutting calories in order to reduce fat all-over. My favorite ab work-outs can actually all be done at home. Get an exercise ball, an ab roller and a 10-25 lb. plate. The roller is simple and works your full abdomen - try 4 sets of 15 to start. With the ball, use your feet to lift and pass to your hands, or sit on the ball and do crunches and oblique twists with the plate. You can also get into plank position with your feet on the ball and pull your knees up to your chest (really works lower abdomen). But as I'm sure most people will tell you - abs are made in the kitchen. Eat high protein, low sugar meals. Nutrition that feeds your muscles.0 -
