Yoga hours after weight lifting

Anyone has any experience ? You think it helps to do yoga after weight training ? Like the same day

Yes! For sure. Keeps muscles flexible and helps decrease soreness the day after. I stretch for 15-20 minutes daily.0

If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad. But seriously, I think it's ok. Yoga isn't a strenuous activity.0

I don't personally do yoga but I do stretch for about 20 minutes before AND after weight lifting and I love it. IMO it helps with my flexibility quite a bit.0

This. Yoga definitely helps with flexibility and soreness.
And it has its own benefits too. I find it relaxes me and lifts my spirits considerably.0 -
we used to do a yoga class right after powerlifting training. it was great. stretching and having good mobility definitely helps with my lifting.0

Depends on what you consider "helps".
I enjoy yoga after lifting heavy or just by itself. It definitely has its benefits for me and my health.0 -
I am with all these others. I am not sure I would have the energy for a real yoga practice session after lifting. But I am a major advocate for much, long, slow stretching afterwards.0
