Hi everyone. I'm a 32 stay at home mom that's gained a bunch of weight from meds I am on, and laziness. I used to be really fit but now I have about 50 lbs to lose. I have been eating healthy, counting calories and exercising with at home youtube videos until my daughter starts school when I will be going to the gym 5x a week. I'm looking for like minded people to chat with, get to know, compare food etc. I'm also from Canada and if this sounds interesting you can send me a message, we can chat or you can add me to your friends list.

Yes! Food scale is def my best friend. Plus I just stay low carb until about 6 pm and then eat complex gluten free carbs after that. And of course lots of strength training, core work and running!! I used to be very over weight about 4 years ago and I have never looked back, it's so nice to be healthy again

Good for you! I am not into running, but I am into strength training and cardio like going on the elliptical for 20-30 minutes 5 times a week. Can't wait to get back into the gym to do it. Right now my daughter is my priority so I am going to continue to do home workouts there0 -
