Hi all,
Haven't really used the app long and looking for anyone who wants to link up for support/motivation and accountability!
Feel free to add me - more the merrier, i need all the help i can get!
Also anyone with experience feel free to give advice on nutrition /exercise as i know nothing!

Hi I am sherry , I am 53 years old, new to this app. I weigh 170 and want to get back down to 125. It's harder when your older because your metabolism slows, but I did it before and can do it again. I have only been dieting and exercising on my elliptical for 4 days now. Best of luck to you and feel free to add me.0

I would start off with a food scale and tracking. Make your goal we really simple, like 5 whole fruits or veggies a day. By that I mean, an apple, a carrot, some green beans or peas, a banana, a sale with 1 Tbs of dressing.
I find apples really filling.0
