Hi I decided that I really want to change my lifestyle and get healthy and fit. I have a sense of how I should eat but not what to do in order to loose belly fat and gain muscle on my lower half. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

You'll do just fine, just make some realistic goals and write them down on paper and read them every day!!0
