Maybe check the Recipe forum here on MFP? I toss stuff in a pot, no recipe really.

I used this one today. I used 1.5 pounds lean ground beef, 2 kidney beans instead of one black, skipped the cayenne and added some Worcestershire and a few drops of franks red hot, a whole jalapeño that I seeded half of. Simmered covered without beans for a half hour, added beans and simmered uncovered for another hour. Came out really good.

    I love this recipe:

    http://allrecipes.com/recipe/78299/boilermaker-tailgate-chili/

But, I make a few changes to make it healthier:

1- Replace the ground beef chuck with very lean (ex. 96% lean) ground sirloin
2- Replace the Italian Sausage with very lean ground turkey
    3- No bacon bits
4- No beer - I replace it with water
    5- No sugar
6- I don't eat it with corn chips & cheese. I usually eat it over brown rice (or another healthy alternative)

My recipe I use 1 lb 93/7 ground beef, one can each of chili beans, dark red kidney beans, whole sweet kernel corn (the corn is weird, I know lol). I also add 8oz can of no salt added tomato sauce and 2tbsp tomato paste. In addition I also add ground cumin, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper to give it the chili taste. It's 371 calories divided among 6 servings. I do also add water to make it soupy but not too much.

I made a veggie chilli (trying to cut calories) today. Boiled tomatoes from my garden (canned have a lot of sodium), garlic, onions, green peppers, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, kidney beans, black beans, Chipotle peppers. I made enough to freeze for future lunches. If you boil fresh tomatoes, you have take out a lot of the water.

I use a modification of this turkey chili recipe. I've tried using beef as well and I can't tell the difference, so might as well use turkey!

I replace one of the tomato soup cans with a can of diced tomatoes, remove one can of kidney beans, and usually use around 1.5lbs of meat (or whatever I have leftover). About 400 calories a serving, super easy, and delicious!

Bottom recipe is awesome. Usually crock pot it twice a month. It easily worked into my macros without much modification. I use the extra hot stuff too. Habenaros / Extra Red Peppers / etc
