Anyone care to share with me some healthy meals? Please leave some suggestions, and best of all recipes!!!!!

I am not really a breakfast person, and it is rare that I eat it. I may make it, but I am not the breakfast person. I can't wake up, and go straight to breakfast. (weird) Uhm....I want to eat more healthy meals. I want to also taste my meal as well. I don't want anything that will drive me away from weight loss if you know what I mean. I still want to taste. I guess its the boring stuff that I need, so I'm going to stop complaining lol. Send me some recipes, or meal ideas.

I would like breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes. I'm sooo ready to see what you guys cook up!!

*SN* I have a husband, so I will be needing meals to cook for two versus one!

Peace you guys..I'm waiting.

Do you like Tilapia? I like to take a tilapia filet and put different rubs on it. I have a citrus basil rub that goes really well on it plus I have also done chili lime rub with an avocado & tomato salsa on top. The salsa is just avocado, tomato, onion, lime juice and salt. You can add anything else to the salsa you want too like other seasonings such as garlic, or cilantro. You can also buy tortilla crusted tilapia or other kinds so all you have to do is cook it. Put a vegetable or salad on the side and you have a very healthy and tasty dinner.

I got a good one! for lunch or dinner*. it re-heats well too.

set your ovens broiled on hi, allow it to heat up quite a bit

take some frozen chicken tenderloins, put them on a baking sheet. brush with teriyaki sauce.

broil for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway. on top rack.

you can also use this method for veggies. I LOVE broccoli this way, except i sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt n pepper and some garlic\onion powder on them and broil for about 15 minutes.

    hope i helped! :D
