Calorie adjustment

I am happy to say I have lost 8lbs since March 2. I am on 1200 calories a day. Should I adjust that number since I have lost weight or should I keep it the same? I want to lose 2lbs a week. I was 187.7 when I started and my goal is to be 170lbs but I think I will want to lose more when I reach my goal. I chose 170 to be realistic. Any advice is appreciated! I love this app.! So much better than weight watchers!

You are at the lowest number of calories recommended for a woman. I wouldn't lower it.0

2lbs a week is a big number usually reserved for those who need to lose over 75 lbs....
If I were you I would lower weekly weight loss to 1.5 or 1.0 -
Keep it the same. 1200 is the recommended minimum for women by the NIH for weight loss.
Just be patient and realize that as you get lighter, your weight loss will slow down.0 -
You have no where lower to go being at the minimum already.0
