Reasonable expectations

Question for all you out there. I am just getting back into tracking what I eat and exercising regularly. I am 31 and looking to drop approx 15 more lbs. I'm running 10-15km a week (going up every 2 weeks until it's at 25k) as well as doing a daily routine of push-ups, sit-ups, crunches and squats. Just curious what a reasonable expectation should be in terms of weight, and more importantly inches, lost. I know it won't happen over night just don't want to set expectations too high or too low

The last 10-15 pounds are going to come off SLOW... Set your MFP settings to a half-pound per week. Religiously weigh and log all your food. Keep up the exercise. And put on your patient pants, cuz it's gonna take awhile.
Good luck!0 -
Sadly this is what I figured would be the outcome. Don't suppose that it makes a difference that the last 10-15 is substantially all of the weight loss does it?0
