So what is everybody having for lunch today? Need some new ideas

    Leftover turkey/zucchini chili. Plenty of jalapenos on top.

    I am having tofu scramble on a sandwich thin with a slice of Daiya Swiss and a mini Clif bar.

    Spiraled zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots, in a lower salt/sugar Fra Diavolo sauce with thin n trim buffalo chicken sausage. Should be good.

    Salad. Almost everyday. Today's is shredded Brussel sprouts, kale, brocolli, and carrots with salmon, avocado, and a cilantro lime vinnagrette. I have a green apple and a hard boiled egg for snack or lunch filler depending on how hungry I am.

    Im keeping things simple...im having breakfast for lunch. 2 eggs with diced ham and 2 slices of toast and jelly. Its one of my favorite meals and easy and fast to fix. I work so I don't do much meal prep. wish I could tho! Happy Wednesday!!

    Can't decide...maybe lettuce wraps (cooked ground chicken, celery, mushrooms in a little teriyaki) OR Chicken breast and an apple. not sure how ambitious I feel!

    Flat out pizza with marinara sauce, mini pepperonis, shredded mexican cheese, and banana peppers. Sprinkled with crushed red peppers.

    Subway chicken bacon salad (these things are huge!). I brought it home and added my own Hidden Valley light dressing and then had a serving of Charlie's tortilla chips with it. Utterly stuffed right now!

    A homemade brown rice bowl:
    - Brown Rice
    - Ground Chicken browned in a skillet with tons of seasoning
    - Sautéed mushrooms, onions and spinach
    - Roasted red peppers

    I have a cup of no added sodium tomato soup, 2 slices of high fiber toast and some dairy free 'cheese'. We have a toaster oven at work so I can have a toasted 'cheese' sandwich, so good with tomato soup!

    baked chicken breast (4 oz.) topped with pasta sauce (1/2 cup) and mozzarella cheese (1/4 cup)

    it's actually more like 1/4 cup sauce and 1/8 cup cheese but I like to log it as more so I'm less apt to go overboard with calorie intake later on
