anxious to lose a few lbs!

Hi everyone! My name is jenny. I need structure and this is how I plan to lose around 15 lbs. I don't gain easy and therefore, i find it extremely hard to lose. Really, I have to put myself on a 1300 cal diet for what seems like weeks before I see any results. I have found a new exercise routine that I'm in love with, boxing! I can't wait to see the transformation from doing both the diet and boxing regularly!

    Been doing some kick boxing twice a week my self. One heck of a workout.

    3500 calories equals 1 lbs so if you try to burn 3500 calories every week then you will lose 1 lbs a week
