Good evening, my goal is to lose 20 lbs as soon as I can. Join me on my struggle and I'll be here to support as well!

    Good luck! Make sure you log everything you eat very accurately, measuring your food with a scale.
    If you do this and stay under your recommended goal for the day you will be very happy after several months. :)

    I got my digital scale from Target and it was about $10. Using that for weighing solids (cups/spoons only for liquids) and logging meticulously has helped me drop 30 pounds since the beginning of the year.
