    If you're willing to spend some money.. Daily burn is great. It's the cost of your monthly Netflix or Hulu subscription. I swear by it. They have everything from beginners classes to yoga yo boxing to kickboxing to Pilates to dance.

    If you are unfit, then anything you do will be a step in the right direction. The videos are great, but you can start right now by getting up during tv commercials and either walking in place, or turn on your favorite music and have a spontaneous dance party. It doesn't have to be anything special, just move instead of sit. Climb up & down your stairs just for the exercise. Start with trying to move an extra 5 minutes per hour, and each week, increase the time. If your neighborhood is safe to walk in, try walking just 10 minutes, at whatever speed you can handle, and gradually build up stamina, distance, and speed. YOU CAN DO IT!

    Fitbit has this new thing where, it (sort of) reminds you to get up for 2 minutes every hour and walk at least 250 steps. That might help you get in more activity :)
