Hello, my name is Brittany. I'm 26 years old and around 240 lbs. In 2014 I weiged (what I thought would be my heaviest, 230) and lost 31 lbs. I got down to 199 and was so happy, I used MFP the whole time. Well now I'm up around 240 and pretty bummed, but trying to get back in it. I started a full-time masters program last fall and I also work and intern so finding the energy has been difficult.
I just would like some friends here for support or that I can talk to about weight loss stuff and the ups and downs.
Thank you

Welcome back! You are not alone, there are many of us who have come and gone. While losing the weight is hard, I think keeping it off must be the most difficult! You've been successful before, you can do it again! I look forward to following your journey!

Also, anyone who wants to add me, I'll be supportive back. It helped me last time to have awesome people on here. I had a different username then. Thanks!0
