Rotisserie chicken, celery, red grapes, walnuts, greek yogurt, salt, pepper

Dice or shred chicken. Mix with chopped celery, halved red grapes, and walnuts (I toast mine a bit before). Add greek yogurt and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. I have also added herbs de provence for a little extra flavor.

It's not the lowest calorie, but is is nutritious and satisfying. If you play around with the ingredients, and plug them into the recipe calculator here, you might be able to get it down.

Here is my recipe for Chicken Salad:

Chicken, 2 cups cooked and chopped into small chucks
Kraft - Light Olive Oil Mayo, 5 Tablespoon
Vlasic - Dill Pickle Relish, 2 Tbsp
Onions - Raw, 0.06 cup, chopped
Apples - Raw, with skin, 0.25 cup, quartered or chopped
    French's - Spicy Brown Mustard, 3 tsp

You can also substitute tuna (4-5 ouncecans) for chicken and it is very good

I boil boneless skinless chicken breasts, then shred them. For a Greek-style chicken salad, I add low-fat Feta cheese, diced red peppers, celery, a little red onion and mix in light mayo and a little light sour cream or Greek yogurt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

I do also love the grape and walnut variety that another person posted!

Sorry, I meant cucumber on my Greek chicken salad...not celery. Though I'm sure it'd be fine either way!

Rotisserie chicken, celery, red grapes, walnuts, greek yogurt, salt, pepper

This is pretty much how I do it. When I'm lazy I use the kirkland canned chicken, that works well too. Guess not the best if sodium is on your watch list though

Rotisserie chicken, vidalia onion, crisp apple with skin on, claussen dill pickles diced, and I use the Kraft Olive Oil Mayo with Black Pepper. Throw in a few seedless red grapes and some Old Bay Seasoning to taste:)

If I have spare points (WW) I throw in a boiled egg:)

I just made chicken salad today!! I will be eating this in a wrap for dinner tonight. I combined several chicken salad recipes because I like a lot of stuff in mine so here is what I made today:

8 oz chicken breast cooked and shredded/diced
    5 oz container greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp light mayo (if desired)
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2-3 stalks celery chopped
    1/2 medium onion
    1/3 cup dried cranberries
    1 granny smith apple
1/2 cup cut up green grapes
    1/2 cup slivered almonds-toasted
Handful fresh herbs (I used parsley)
    salt and pepper

I combined all the ingredients and made the dressing with the yogurt/mayo with some lemon juice and parsley. You can really add whatever spices you'd like.
