Hello, my name is Chelsea and I am 23 years old. A few pounds shy of 180 pounds and trying to get on the straight and narrow of healthy eating and exercising.
I've started a low calorie diet which is hard to stay on but I'm trying with a few slip ups. I started at 180 and I'm down to 177 in just 2 weeks.
Looking for anything to keep me on track. Tips, recipes, motivation. Just about anything.

Hi! I'm 23 as well - I have been doing this for just over a month and lost about 15 pounds, but gained several back over spring break.
I'm trying to follow a low calorie diet and I feel I have been relatively successful during the week when I'm busy - the weekends are a struggle!
