My elliptical say I've burned 400 or so calories but when I put the time in the app it says only 300. What one is correct?

            Go with 300.
If you're trying to lose weight, it's best to go with a lower exercise number ... many calculators overestimate calories burned.0

yeah go with the lower number, better to err on the side of caution for calorie burns can be over estimated.0

            That's what I've been doing but figured I'd ask.0

            go with 0...thats what i do0

I put in whatever the machine says....but then I never eat back my exercise calories so it's really just to help me keep track of how much exercise I've been doing.0
