New to MFP

Hi all! I am 29, wife & mother of 4. I am 5'3" (maybe 5'2 1/2") and I currently weigh 167/168. I am going on three months of sticking to a daily exercise routine but have had virtually np weight loss because I wasn't eating enough (ironic). Now I am using MFP to monitor my intake & it seems to be working great! I would like to lose down to 125ish so 45 lbs or so would be awesome!
