This is hard to say because they are supplements and not regulated.
I take Centrum for Women, because it has the iron I need. Iron is something lots of multis will drop because it requires a child proof cap.0 -
I really like a company called Garden of Life. Particularly, I like their RAW line. The nutrients in them are all naturally sourced instead of being synthesized. They are also raw as the name implies; the idea behind this is that vitamins are more potent when they are in raw form. I was previously taking Alive! for Women and I actually did notice a huge difference in how I felt when I switched to Garden of Life.
They have a big selection of supplements available in the RAW line but you could just buy the daily multi for women. I get mine on Amazon.0 -

I take Flintstones Complete for the same reason.
Er...the iron. Not the child proof cap.0 -

I used to take Flintstones chewables because the iron in anything else made me sick. Have now moved on to Multi Vites gummies.0

Be aware that gummies, often do not contain any minerals (just vitamins).
You could be missing calcium, magnesium, thiamin, riboflavin,
Choose something like flinstones if you have trouble swallowing pills.
If you choose gummies, read the label for the sugar and calorie content.
Also a gummy can cost you 50 times more than a regular multivitamin.0 -
Look at Pure Vitamin, no additives, no filler. If you do not want to take it as a capsule, break it open and put in a drink.0

Go to your doctor first. Get blood tested to see what exactly you are deficient in and take what the doctor reccomends.0
