    Burpee number 10 is usually just a crawl off the floor followed by a half arsed Jump.

    I'm okay with burpees. I'm even okay with kicking back, legs out, legs in, down, push up, jump up, repeat. It's the dive bombers that I effin hate.

    I had to do burpees in jr. high school. Hated them. Thought they were gone from my life forever. Now I find out they are the favorite exercise of a lot of trainers. Ugh.

    In the Marine Corps, we called them Bends and MotherF....rs. In BootCamp I recall doing hundreds at a time.

    I've been thinking about it and the burpee box jump is the worst kind of burpee.

    I feel that burpees were so part of routine that sandbox mountain climbers were even worse
