Need friends for some serious motivation

I'm trying to lose around 4kgs, just started a few days ago on MFP. I have tried other weight losing techniques but always end up surrendering after a few weeks, mostly because I can't resist certain food which are not healthy. So here I am, hoping for good. I'd really like some motivation and inspiration from people.

    About 7 weeks ago my naturopath put me on a high protein (meat & more meat, nuts/nut butters) & veggies diet. It's very restricted but has really worked for me, I've lost cravings for most things, hardly eat bread anymore, I've lost about 10lbs (5kgs) but still have a bit to go. I feel so much better & love not craving uncontrollably! I have cheat days & eat dark chocolate almost every day (that's one thing I refuse to give up!) if you want to know more let me know or add me, my food journal is available to my friends. Being healthy is a journey, allow yourself the time it takes to make it a lifestyle
