I'm new to this :)
I'm here looking for support and motivation, and to make new friends along the way, hopefully I can offer the same to others.

Goals for April...
Drink 2+ litres of water daily
Do the 10,000 step challenge DAILY
Log EVERYTHING into the food diary
Overcome my night time fails (I manage to do really well throughout the day and regularly undo everything I've achieved at night after dinner.

    You're story sounds like mine. I'm a evening sabotager too.
