Hello MFPers!

Just a little background on myself. 4 years ago I weighed my heaviest at 240lbs, after a year of dieting and rigorous training I lost a total of 70lbs.
Although the following years, due to University and laziness I gained back almost 30lbs of those lost weight.
I was aware of MFP but have never used it till last week and never knew how helpful tracking your daily food intake is. Things have been going great so far, hopefully I will lose those 30lbs in the next year and get my abs back hehe. Thanks for reading! :)
