I was recently told that I need to increase my number of meals from 3 a day to ~5 a day to increase my metabolism, is this true? If so, how do you structure those 5 meals?
Thanks!
Thanks!

How small? Like if I have an apple and peanut butter is that considered a meal? Or do I need the standard meat, starch, veggie, etc.?0
