Workout music?
Anyone know any good workout music that'll keep me pumped!! Lol I will literally listen to anything that has a good beat and that'll keep me moving without yawning.
If there are any Pandora or soundcloud stations that are good that I can listen to, please let me know! Thank you.

My playlist for lifting is all metal and rap. House of Pain, Rage Against the Machine, Pantera, etc. Cardio is different. I'll mix in pop with some hard rock.......more melodic stuff....... It gets me through my 4:30am workouts.0

Disturbed is number 1 in my playlist. Of course, Michael Jackson's "beat it" keeps me on rhythm when running0
