Hi everyone I'm India and I'm looking for friends to help motivate and inspire one another to lose weight. I attempted twice at losing weight, getting down 15 pounds from 230, however after about a three weeks I completely go on a binge. Altogether I want to lose 100lbs 230-130 but having such a hard time staying motivated and focus. I'm optimistic getting involve and reaching out to people with the same goal can help me stay on track, So please add me!

    Hilow! My current goal is 190 but my overall goal is 150 which is about 100lbs less than what I am at now feel free to add me
