Weirdly - Madonna's Hard Candy album and Britney Spears' Circus - I'm not a huge fan of either artist but for some reasons each of these albums helped me with my running! Fast beat and not terrible to listen to!

Disturbed is number 1 in my playlist. Of course, Michael Jackson's "beat it" keeps me on rhythm when running :)

Amazon music (free for Prime members) has some playlists, I just add songs I like to my library. Love Pitbull, Ke$ha, Lady Gaga, and David Guetta (only for workouts, not IRL

Cardio I would suggest some drum and base. Omen by pendulum is one of my favs for running. I prefere rock to work out to. I use a YouTube playlist which sucks at the moment as still trying to find what sits with my workout best.

I pay for Google Play which includes YouTube Red - it allows you to stream any YouTube playlist in the background on your phone. Loads of playlists there depending on what you like :)
