So I have been gone awhile and I am back....So I put in my weight and sad to say gained a few pounds. So I gained and my calories intake went way down....Why?? I know it goes down if you loose but it went down when I went up 15 pounds. It is the same as my friend who weights 100 pounds less.

Difficult to say without knowing which numbers you entered both times. It's generally based on current weight and rate of loss desired.0

I understand that before my weight was 265 and my calories allotted was 1320 now I put in 280 and it says 1200 calories0
-
Did you manually change your intake goal to 1320? Sometimes MFP will change your goals if you update your profile. I'd suggest using a calculator to find out what you should be eating, and manually change your intake goal accordingly.0

Did you change how much you wanted to lose each week?0

I left everything the same just entered my new weight under the weigh in button0

OK I figured it out....I had to go in and rest everything.0
