Hey all. Well here I am, a little more than half way through my journey. I started Sept 1/15 and have lost 63.6 lbs as of today. I'm posting now because I just bought my first dress since forever and I'm feeling like I've really accomplished a lot. No tricks, no secrets, no supplements. Just consistent in logging (245 days), accurate logging, and trying to do exercise when I can, considering I have arthritis in my spine and a desk job. Feel free to ask me anything. I'm 5'3" and 47 years old. I think the only "secret" is learning to love yourself, and treat yourself with respect and kindness.
At my heaviest, a few years ago, around 240 lbs.
Me yesterday. Trying on a petite large dress, currently 176.4 lbs.

I'm so glad I found your post. We are the same age with the same starting weight, and you are where I want to be by the end of the summer (I started my journey on December 27 2015!) Thank you for the motivation.1
