Stay active and fit

Hey Guys, I am new to Myfitnesspal.com, just started using the app.
I heard this is great community and a that the app is great.

How is everybody else doing?

    Just started on here today and im on day 2 of food logging. This community is great. Everyone has been so friendly so far.

    For me it is making sure I track EVERYTHING I eat. I can not pick and choose what goes on here and what doesnt. Then get upset when I dont see results. First thing I found was that I graze.... ALOT!

    I agree with juanjm1978. Grazing is my downfall if I'm not careful, I'm waaaay over by the day's end. It's also important to put the app on your phone or tablet so you can be accountable each time you eat something. I didn't always like what I saw, but I also didn't like feeling like I failed because I was "being so good." Reality bites, as they say, but each day is a new one. Back on track after a three day near free for all.
