Hi I'm on my 2nd week of my new lifestyle change. Trying to maybe drop 10 lbs but ultimately my goal is to just improve on the food I eat and gain an exercise regimen I can stick to. I struggle with diet and exercise due to the fact I work 10 to 12 hour days and have absolutely no energy outside of that. Anybody who wants to give me advice or anybody who would like support please message or friend me. Thanks:)
