I'm mid 40's. When I was 30, I lost 80 lbs using weight watchers. I've slowly put most of it back on, and weight watchers have changed for the worse. I've been reading about flexible dieting and macros. What are your opinions, and how do I get the most out of macros tracking?

Calories are fuel, but macros and micros are how you nourish your body. However you make your macros and micros, while staying under your calorie goal, find what works for you. Most people try to get at or above their protein goal, stay near or under fat, and let carbs end up where they may.0
