What about stretching?

Hello everyone! Who has ideas around incorporate stretching as part of everyday routine?

    I use the p90 stretch and yoga every other day . Iam 48 and still play football
    It helps with my game
    Cannot say enough about why you should stretch

    It's good to keep flexible especially as you age. Stretching is specifically for that. Dynamic stretching before working out (about 5-10 minutes) and IF desired, static stretching after from 5-10 minutes. Contrary to popular belief though, stretching doesn't prevent injuries (injuries happen suddenly with trauma) and doesn't reduce DOMS on a physical level.

    Thank you very much for your reply. I am trying to do more as I continue to follow my workout regiment. I build muscle easy but I've noticed that I have become less flexible....what is your take on foam rolling as a warm up or cool down?
