What about stretching?

Hello everyone! Who has ideas around incorporate stretching as part of everyday routine?

I use the p90 stretch and yoga every other day . Iam 48 and still play football
It helps with my game
Cannot say enough about why you should stretch0 -
It's good to keep flexible especially as you age. Stretching is specifically for that. Dynamic stretching before working out (about 5-10 minutes) and IF desired, static stretching after from 5-10 minutes. Contrary to popular belief though, stretching doesn't prevent injuries (injuries happen suddenly with trauma) and doesn't reduce DOMS on a physical level.

Thank you very much for your reply. I am trying to do more as I continue to follow my workout regiment. I build muscle easy but I've noticed that I have become less flexible....what is your take on foam rolling as a warm up or cool down?0
