Hey there.. That's not a very realistic goal. Typically, most folks aim for .5 to 2 pounds per week loss, depending upon how far they are from goal. You probably didn't put on 60 pounds in three months, and it's unrealistic to think you can lose it that quickly too. Is there some event you're trying to lose weight for?

I agree with 6502programmer...60 lbs. in 3 months is an unrealistic AND unhealthy goal. With proper nutrition and exercise, you'll lose more in the beginning due to water weight. But if you lose more than 2 lbs. per week on average, you'll be losing muscle - not fat. Additionally, when we set unrealistic goals and are too strict with food - once we achieve our desired weight, we go back to old habits and gain all (plus) back. Being healthy and fit is a lifestyle - not a diet. As they say "slow and steady wins the race." And remember, "a year from now you'll wish you started today."

No gonna happen unless you're like 300lbs or more.

And the best motivator is the one staring you back at the mirror. Without you, nothing anyone tells you will help unless YOU yourself want it first.
