Pretty decent week considering my kids have been on spring break, we've had entirely too much junk food, and I've only managed to get in one workout. I'm actually thrilled with my progress this year, because I haven't cut out anything I love. I'm just more cautious about indulging too much. Slow and steady wins the race. I'd rather lose slowly and keep it off, than lose it quickly and gain it all back when I end up going on a binge!
Also love that so many have come over from the Easter challenge, and so many new faces as well. This is going to be a great challenge!0 -

I know I am late but I need this challenge. I am away from my scale every other week on Sunday so will only be able to log my bi-weekly weight but love the idea of this challenge.

I took a minute to chart out weekly goals through July 4th (and beyond) and that was just what I needed.

I know I want my GW to be 140 but sitting at 185, losing 45 pounds seems pretty daunting. I used a two pound loss per a week thinking that shouldn't be too unrealistic. To my surprise, if I stay on track, I'll be to goal weight by my birthday. What a birthday present that would be!!! I am so excited now.
p.s. If anyone from our challenge group would like to add me, I'd love to make some new connections. May the odds be all in our favor!
