Just watched the Food Matters documentary and found it very interesting. Anyone with educated opinions about it?

I'm not certain I'd call it a "documentary".......more like pseudo-scientific nonsense.

Nutritional values matter since the body relies on nutrients for essential function. Now whole foods are more nutrient dense, so it's smarter to achieve micronutrient profiles that way, however it's NOT impossible to meet those needs by eating "processed foods" too.
IMO, it's just another documentary that's biased against the food industry as a whole.
