    I'm at 415. Just started trying again to get this weight off. It's been 4 days and already lost 5 pounds. And I know I should be excited about that but all I can think is how long will this last. I keep telling myself a journey of a thousands miles begins with one step and I have a choice...what I eat...but I have to admit I am terrified of this journey.

    Thanks everyone! Angelshiy 5 pounds is still a lot to lose that quick! Picture what 5 pounds of body fat looks like and you just lost that in 4 days! Keep it up

    Wowee that's an amazing accomplishment. Congratulations!
    For the lady who has lost 5lb, that's fantastic. You should weigh something to realise how heavy 5lb is!! I weighed my iron, it was 3.3lb.. I've lost 6.6 irons, bet I couldn't carry them for long ( sorry, I don't get out much hahahahahahaha)

    Robertk & Angelshiy, You both have accomplished a lot; keep it up. Keep in mind that it is a journey not a project with an end date and you will have good days and bad days. You will also fall off the wagon occasionally; thing is to get back on; failure is when you quit;
