I want to get ripped!

Hey what's up! My name is Troy. So I've been lifting and running for about 6 years now...since I was 16, I know it doesn't really look like it but I can't even imagine how frail I would be now if I hadn't started that long ago(I have a crazy metabolism)....not to mention I get hurt, A LOT. Besides my clavicle fracture and shoulder dislocation, (both within the last 4 years, both of which I had surgeries for) my most recent surgery was on my left wrist during the summer of 2015, I fell off a light pole dancing at a festival and landed right on my wrist, I had to get a metacarpal release and some pins but after a hastend rehabilitation I've been starting to go hard again! I even started doing dips and push-ups again this month and my wrist is doing great. No pain! Another thing about me is that I love skiing and up until 2 months ago I never broke 150 lbs. but after a month long ski trip in Japan I gained 8 pounds! The entire trip was one giant cardio and leg session haha. So here I am: 158 lbs and nothing holding me back from getting strait up shredded this summer!!! Holla at me! Oh and shout out to my boy Konner for getting me on here and basically being my trainer!
