New to this, looking for motivation.

Im a 34 year old. 10 years ago I was in a bad car accident. I went from a fit 200 to an out of shape 280+ due to necks surgery because of the accident. Im trying to get back to 200. I am looking for peopke I can stay in contact with to keep motivated.
