Trying to change

Hi my name is Gabby. I am new to this community and I'm trying to learn how to use it in order to lose weight and be fit. I have allowed myself to pretty much be out of control when it comes to eating and not keep track of my health. I have to jobs and I am trying to finish school so sometimes I have no time to exercise or cook at home. I have gained ALOT of weight to the point that I am no longer happy with myself and don't like the way I look. I am trying to get back to a routine of exercise and healthy eating so that I can lose weight, be healthy and in shape. Hopefully I can meet a few people on here that can give me some advice :)

    Feel free to add me! I know what it's like to have a hectic schedule--I teach high school and am also taking some grad classes at night. It can feel exhausting sometimes but the energy you gain from eating right and exercising is amazingly helpful!

    Light n easy meals are good for those with busy schedules. A weeks worth of calorie counted healthy food delivered to ur door
