Few years ago, I was able to maintain a frequent workout at the gym. However, I started getting more hours from work and trying to complete college. While doing so at the time, I stopped going to the gym and ate unhealthy. Now that I graduated from college and have a better work schedule, I have no more excuses.

It's tough at any stage of life. There is no shortage of things to do. When you have a form of exercise you love to do, and you see results, you start to plan other things around that.0

I am a high school teacher and I'm taking classes at night and it is exhausting but totally worth it. Once you consistently eat right and exercise you get this new rush of energy that makes it easier to continue! Feel free to add me, I love supporting my MFP friends!0
