Runners: Calories Before a Race?

I'm running my first 10k race on Sunday (only 2 days to go!), and I was wondering about caloric intake for the last couple of days before hand. For reference, me in a 10k is over an hour of running.
Should I eat more of a maintenance level for these last couple of days? I'm in my taper week and not really running which has really restricted my intake. Am I eating enough at 1510 net (which is 1lb per week loss) to fuel me to run a successful race?
Thanks!

I ran my first 10k (first race ever) a few weeks ago. I honestly didnt eat any different than I normally would the days leading up. I think I had a cliff bar the morning of the race, and a glass of gatorade at the first aid station. I felt fine....great actually during and after the run.
I doubt a 10k is really long enough to warrant much in the way of carb loading, but I'm no expert.0
